Ann and Jane are mother-daughter Authors, YouTubers, and plant-based lifestyle experts. They are the wife and daughter on Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn who, aside from Dr. Dean Ornish, was the first doctor to clinically show that you can reverse heart disease with a whole food plant-based diet.
